George and Zee and the whole crew are fantastic! I have never felt more comfortable at an auto service shop in my life. They are honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years, and highly recommend them.

I had not been to this shop previously, even so, they treated me with respect, were clear in communication; and very fair with pricing. I have always had the pleasure of dealing with George who is extremely competent and abundantly fair. I cannot recommend a repair shop more unequivocally as I can for Route One Auto.
View on Google(WED - 11 MAR 2026) Polite Staff and Efficient. No complaints. I have visited every year (FEB/MAR) for Annual Vehicle Inspection. I plan to visit them tomorrow for the 2026 inspection of my 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ. 143K miles. Keeping my fingers crossed.
View on GoogleThe team at Route 1 is nothing short of remarkable. I stumbled upon the shop after having a a catastrophic engine failure (broken timing belt). Most shops would write off the car or push to replace the engine. Instead, the mechanics took the time to open up and assess the damage, painstakingly cleaned and repaired the timing belt chamber; and replaced the belt -- and most importantly got the car back up and running. The communication was incredibly clear, with multiple calls describing the work that was taking place; and the associated costs and risks; along with a healthy amount of education as part of the process. Pricing was incredibly fair; work was A+; and what could have been a write off level of engine damage was mitigated and repaired. I cannot say enough good things about this shop; and 1000% recommend.
