Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and great communication. Just an all around great experience. I had to have my wife handle drop off and pick up of my 2016 A7 and the loaner option made everything seamless. She was pleased with the experience. Joe explained everything in detail and showed me what needed attention. Everyone wants an honest repair shop and these folks are just that. Joe was honest about what was time sensitive (a broken shock, obviously) and things that didn’t need to happen right now but would need eventual service. They also didn’t care that my car has an ECU and TCU tune as I’m sure it’s not uncommon with the types of vehicles they see daily. Plus they washed it! An unexpected surprise that helps with the sting of a decent sized repair bill. They have a repeat customer and lord knows that with a 10 year old German car I need a good repair shop on speed dial.
