Very disappointed for process ! I purchased new car and traded may car ! They told me that I will get 4.99% finance! When I got the first payment, it shows 5.99%! And it has been two months , I m still waiting for my trad in check! It was terrible experience !

Unfortunately, not only was the service overpriced, but the car has had more issues since the repair than it ever did before. It honestly feels like they caused more problems than they fixed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought it back to have them take another look, but instead of taking responsibility or even investigating the issue seriously, I was met with excuses and dismissiveness. It was clear they just wanted to move on and not be bothered. For a dealership that’s supposed to represent the Toyota brand, this place was incredibly disappointing. Poor communication, questionable workmanship, and zero accountability.
View on GoogleThey inspected my car before I bought it, and said it was fine- however, I have spent over 2k on repairs only a month after purchase. They failed to notice several glaring errors, the most egregious of which was a filthy air filter that would be obvious to anyone that looked at it. They don't know what they are doing.

There are so many other dealerships and shops in the area, I would honestly push my car up route 1 instead of let them work on it again. Sales Overpriced cars and sales people that talk down to you. Rick M. seemed uncomfortable working with an LGBT couple and refused to refer to us as partners, only friends. I felt like I couldn’t speak up and ask for another sales person because I thought I would be treated worse by the next person. The car needed $1500+ in repairs after less than 6 months because they sold me a car with faulty equipment. Service Overpriced as well, which is to be expected from a dealer. What I didn’t expect from a dealer was for there to be trash left in my car and part of my rear lights left disassembled. They misplaced my car on the lot and told me to go find it myself instead of helping me. They also called the wrong number and let my car sit for hours after being finished due to their poor organizational skills. I called to complain about the terrible service and it’s been almost 3 months and the manager hasn’t gotten back to me despite numerous attempts. TLDR: Go literally anywhere but here. They have absolutely zero interest in creating a return customer. UPDATE: I called and left a message with the number provided a MONTH ago, and I’m still being ignored! Absolutely zero accountability.
View on GoogleWe like the service of each of your people whom I met for last 2 years, but really felt bad as my kids came from their activities and were hungry for something, didn't find any hot cocoa for them in the machine. When we usually ask then the employee says oh sorry we are running out of it. So bad it's toyota and has scarcity of hot cocoa!! We waiting with my kids for 1hr.
