I brought my car in for an insurance claim and while it was there I asked for a quote to fix other damage after being quoted $1400 to fix the rear bumper and some damage on the passenger rear door I agreed when I picked up the car I saw that the damage on the door was still there just less noticeable they did not fix the damage only buffed it out. Then was told it would have been $300 to $400 more to paint the door and I would be OK with it. Had I known this I would have not completed the extra work. If I wanted to buff out this damage I would have brought it to my detailer. Plus didn't even wash off the car after they buffed it.

I just picked up my car from Nu Car collision in Norwood and while I’m fine with the work that was done I find something very strange. I always keep my car at least with 1/2 a tank of gas in it but when I picked it up my tank was almost empty. Did someone take it for a joy ride? Did they siphon out gas and leave me with 1/2 gallon? The warning on my dashboard said 10 miles until empty. It’s rare if I leave my car with a quarter of a tank of gas so even if it was a quarter of a tank of gas then what happened to the rest of it? Next time I drop a car off I’m taking pictures of the mileage and gas gauge

I had a left fender hit on my park 2017 Accord Touring when the SUV reversed back from the driveway and ran! So I need to pay the deductible, even though the car has only 20 K under Honda care warranties. The insurance sent me to Boch Honda collision center now, Nucar. They did the most neglected repairs I had ever seen. The front fender was replaced by after-market crap, fade painted with fade spot, and they broke the side left spoiler clips and did not fix them; on top of that, half of the engine compartment plastic clips were missing. They did not replace the PPF on the fender, so we need to recall it. Fender replaced it with paint, which cost over $ 3000. Refrain from repairing your car, or constantly check before to pick up. This dealer provided terrible customer service, as usual. P.S Thank you for calling me and yelling at me that I was lying. You called me to argue and ordered me to change my review, which is unacceptable. It was not to help or work on that issue / I did not even think about it since the long time past/. The reason for the late reviews is that we have not driven the car for more than four years; for many reasons, such as Covid time, we have more cars, and this one stays covered and only drives to the dealer every year for an oil change. The vehicle is in approximately the exact miles after your repair. During that last oil change, I discovered we have flattered tires that make a hooping noise because the car stays too long without moving. We replaced the tires and covered them again. A few days ago, We took the car to be detailed, and the guys there pointed us to the misaligned driver-side spoiler, fade paint on the fender, and misaligned fender assembly. He polished the fender and fixed it. Whatever you can say and argue, the photos are approved. Let people make their own decisions. I'm not looking to correct the problem with your unprofessional facilities. I'm sick and tired of misunderstanding the word " CUSTOMER SERVICE in Massachusetts." The first three pictures are of your unprofessional repair. The last two pictures are from the passenger side, a factory install to compare. Also, there are pictures of missing clips in the engine compartment. I would be ashamed if I did such a neglected repair, but it looks like you blame your customers instead.

I recommend Nucar Collision! Junior was available every time I called for an update, and he generously spent time with me in-person talking me through the process. Having car insurance involved drags out the repair process; I didn't understand this, and Junior was kind and patient as he talked me through it. It's frustrating needing work done on your car, and not having it to drive. Junior and Nucar made it an easier experience.

This place is terrible. I was referred to them through the Mapfre CAR EZ program. When I talked to them before selecting them to make my repair, I was given a timeline that implied the repair would take a few weeks to a month. The repair took 50 days. Over the last couple of weeks they strung me along saying the car would be likely to be finished at such and such date and then it would not be. This caused a huge inconvenience for me because I kept returning rental cars with plans to pick up mine, but then needing to get another rental. This morning when I returned to the shop to have a part installed which they had forgotten to install, I was told by their customer service employee (the same employee who oversaw the whole repair and scheduled this time to finish what they had forgotten about) that I was making his life difficult because Monday mornings are busy for them. This was outrageous and offensive because 1) he scheduled the time with me for the repair and 2) it wasn’t me who made the mistake, it was the NUCAR technician who forgot to install the piece in the first place. I had been extremely friendly and flexible with him and Nucar over the two months that the repair was taking place! I was the one who needed to take time off work because they messed the job up in the first place!
