Poor service experience throughout. Their reservation service rescheduled me for the service I needed, then when I went in for the appointment, the service tech said it couldn’t be done and had to schedule for a third time! Finally got the car in to look at a sunroof issue, they took two days to look at it to say they could not repeat the problem. I immediately repeated the problem at vehicle pickup! Now I’m off to find a competent Chevy Dealership.

Dropped my 2025 truck off for routine service and a diagnostic to inspect a slight squeak at low speed. Only 1 service consultant was working and he was very busy, so I give him some grace in this. He took the keys and said “I’ll call with an update.” 6 hours pass, no call. I tried calling them twice over 2 hours, no answer or return call. 4:45pm comes and I decide to Uber to the shop. I’m told my truck hasn’t even been serviced, let alone diagnosed. At that point, the service consultant said it could take 2 days to diagnose. A minor squeak can take 2 days to inspect? Why wasn’t this shared at the time of booking or drop-off? Absolutely terrible service. Hire more consulting staff to help, and be transparent with customers on estimated times. Taking my business to McKay even though it’s twice as far away. Update 6/3: Received a call from the consultant stating that my truck has still not been seen. Well, since I took the truck home on 6/1, of course it has not been seen. He then realized that I had taken the truck 6/1 and said: "sorry man, until I get more help here this will continue to happen." General Manager should address the influx of 1-star reviews that have come in over the last 3 months.
