Allen and his team are always honest and reliable. I bring both mine and my wife's vehicles to Norwood Auto Care for both routine maintenance and when any issues pop up. Allen always takes the time to look into the issue, explain it, and go over different repair options. I feel their pricing is fair and reasonable, and we are never without our vehicles for long. I highly recommend Norwood Auto Care.
View on GoogleIf I could give this place many more stars I would. I had a terrible noise coming from my tire after it was replaced by Town Fair Tire Walpole. I had my car towed there on Saturday after a blowout. Monday I made an appt to return to have it checked out. Long story short they would not put it on the lift or do an inspection because I hadn't had it aligned even though I had an appointment and told me it was OK to drive. They sent me to Pleasant St Tire but the guy there wouldn't look at it for less than 125.00. So I went to Norwood Auto which is where I wanted to go in the first place but they were closed by the time I called on Saturday. They not only checked it out for no charge, Steve repaired the torn plastic flap, which was missed, for free. Can you imagine? I will be a faithful customer going forward. Thanks Allen and Steve!!

He texted me pictures of the repairs throughout the process and made sure I understood everything and felt totally comfortable along the way. It’s rare to find this level of transparency and care.
