I live in Charlton and was driving to a doctor’s appointment in Norwood when my low tire pressure warning came on. I stopped at the nearest gas station and found my left rear tire was down to about 7 PSI, and I could hear air hissing out. I noticed something stuck in the tire that looked larger than a typical nail, but I wasn’t sure what it was. I searched for the nearest tire shop and called No Name Auto Repair, Tire & Collision. They told me to come right down. Within about 15 minutes they had the tire off and showed me the culprit, an entire screwdriver lodged in the tire. They said they had never quite seen anything like that before. Matt and the team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They even offered me coffee and cookies while I waited comfortably on their couch while they took care of everything. They fixed the tire quickly and did an excellent job. I’m very grateful they were nearby when I needed help. I highly recommend this shop if you ever find yourself in a bind. Great service and great people.

I had an accident a while ago, and every other repair shop gave me a timeline of several weeks. These guys finished everything in just three weeks, even though my insurance delayed the payment and they did a flawless job, and charged me less than anyone else. Work with them before they get too popular and their prices go up. I already scheduled another appointment for a tire change because they offer much better prices than the Toyota dealer or any other tire shop. I’m really glad I found this place.

View on GoogleThese guys work hard, they are highly communicative and transparent, and they charge a fair price. Not cheap tricks. I called around to multiple auto shops to see how much it would cost to get brake pads and rotors replaced if I bought my own parts, and these guys didn’t hesitate to give me a competitive quote. It was an easy choice to go with them.

I chose No Name because they are a local business and their online reviews are overwhelmingly positive. Those reviews are well-deserved. The owner and his staff are friendly and accommodating; they even fixed my brakes same day on one occasion! There is a comfortable place to sit and wait for your car to be ready, or, you can walk to any of the many nearby restaurants to spend time. Having witnessed how busy this place is and how often the owners phone rang, I'm guessing I'm not the only person happy with the service.
