Jack Madden Ford Service Center

Bought a gold pre owned certified 2020 Ford ranger and after a week or two of owning and driving it I notice it has 2 issues the tailgate doesn’t lock or unlock with key fob and there’s a noise coming out of the vents. I call they say they’ll take care of it they have my car for 2 days tell me they ordered parts and give it back. They call me about a week later saying they have the parts and they schedule me for a Monday. Monday goes bye and they don’t do anything to it. Tuesday comes I call to see where it is and if they started working on it they basically tell me they don’t know and they’ll call me back. No call back. Wednesday comes and I call again, sit on hold for a while and end up leaving a voicemail and a bad review which immediately caused a jump to action later that day in which they installed both the parts. So my truck sat there for 2 whole days for no reason at all, but the second there’s a bad review they have plenty of time for it and then it gets worse. One of the parts installed was “bad” and needed to be replaced again so I took my car for the weekend and was told to bring it back on Monday. Monday goes bye. Tuesday goes bye. Here we are coming up on Wednesday again and all my truck has done is sit in there lot. Waiting for a part I’ve seen be changed in less than 5 minutes on YouTube (blend door actuator). If this wasn’t a warranty job I’d be pleased to take my vehicle anywhere else and pay for it to be fixed. Thank Jack madden for wasting my time. Thank you for scheduling my truck to sit in your lot. Thank you for calling me and having me take my first review down so I could leave a worse one and don’t even bother this time because this one will be staying. (I appreciate the reply, but the truck has been there 7 days, 2 days being diagnosed and 5 being “serviced” so even if the job takes longer than what I saw on YouTube you’ve had plenty of time to do the job.)

I had a great experience with the service department at Jack Madden Ford. They made everything so easy with their pickup and delivery service. They picked up my Bronco right from my home, completed all the recall work and then dropped it back off once everything was done. Doesn’t get easier than that. I have had numerous bad experiences with other service centers it’s refreshing to have a seamless and easy process.

First time at Jack Madden Ford for service. It was for a recall and I was very impressed with the staff. All three I dealt with were courteous, friendly, and professional: The man who welcomed me (didn’t get his name), Debbie the woman who did the paperwork and contacted me about the progress and upon completion, and the service manager who made sure that a specific technician did the recall since he was a “Michelangelo” with the required work. Happy with my visit.

They ruined my car. I had to bring my car in 4 times to get the sunroof fixed. On the third visit they flooded my car. Their guy put a hose in and tried to flush the drain clean by leaving the water to run. I picked up my car and everything in the trunk and back seat was soaked. I brought it back after talking to the manager bc he said he would make it right and I had already paid over $1600 to have them “fix” my roof the first time. I wish I had just gone to a lawyer instead of giving them the chance to make it right. They did nothing to clean my car like they said they would. The girl actually had the nerve to point out that they replaced the glass in the roof “free of charge” to which I had to remind her that it was my 4th visit to fox my roof, I had already been charged $1600, and they had flooded my car leaving me with a permanent mildew smell which makes me aggravated EVERY TIME I now get into my car. If something isn't right, she takes it back and ensures it's corrected. As a single mother, the pickup and drop-off service she coordinates has been a huge help. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude are infectious—she clearly loves her job. Because of her exceptional commitment, my boyfriend is seriously considering switching to a Ford truck next time just to guarantee we can keep working with Isabella.
