Griselle always ensures that all of my requests for that appointment are addressed. She interacts with the technician to ensure she can relate to me what was done and the time to complete. Communication back to the customer is excellent and indicates all Service Personnel have received very good training . Clay should be very proud of their Service individuals and is the main reason my wife and I use Clay as our Service provider. Tony Gray

They shared some concerns with certain parts of my car and explained everything super clearly for me being someone who doesn't speak mechanic haha, and they weren't pushy or mean :)

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Service Advisor Abigail Cummings—she was incredibly friendly, made the entire process smooth and efficient, and truly respected my time. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Plus, they gave me a free car wash, which was a great bonus! Definitely coming back for another service.
View on GoogleWe brought our car in for first time six month service oil, change and tire check. Everything went very very smoothly. Appointment was easy to arrange, the dealership is extremely proficient very clean, very comfortable waiting room. Katie, the Service tech was very conscientious. She make sure to let us know in advance what to expect in terms of cost and time for the service. When the car was ready, she came out, took us through the checkout and then accompanied us out to the parking lot to show us where our car was. Truly felt like they appreciated our business.
