Every interaction with central has been amazing. My most recent service experience was great! I stupidly showed up to my appointment a week early and the service team worked to quickly accommodate me and squeeze me in, even when they were busy and didn’t have to. A part needed to be ordered and I was planning on spending the day working from the waiting room but they offered me a rental so I wouldn’t have to wait. Received a text when it was ready and everything was taken care of! Car service is such a nuisance but not here. Love this team!

Can't recommend and I won't be coming back. Brought in for help fixing an issue with the infotainment and climate controls not working. They told me I needed to spend a few thousand dollars to replace some modules in the car. I declined and took the car elsewhere and the other place determined the issue was just a fuse after some troubleshooting. Everything is working again now. Glad I didn't let Central do thousands of dollars of work that wouldn't have done anything.

They kept my car for an extra day. They could not fix two issues that I informed them about. They did something to my rear windshield wiper and now it is stuck in the middle of the rear glass and won’t work. The service technician couldn’t give me any answers to my questions and directed me to his service manager. So I called and left a voicemail for the service manager as he was unavailable when I called. It’s been three days and I still haven’t heard back from him.

Absolutely the best… They even gave me lunch… And I’m greedy… But everybody was amazing. Julie was amazing and everyone in sales was amazing and I know this sounds fake but it’s not fake. It really is not fake. I am a real person and they are amazing. I was there for six hours. Had to get a tuneup and oil changed and it did not even feel like it and then they gave me food… Who does not like food… They’re incredible. I’m glad I bought my truck here.
