I went to Central Collision to have my car repaired through insurance. They were great at coordinating my rental, and had my vehicle finished quicker than expected. You cannot even tell where the damage was, and they went the extra mile to keep my car clean after repairs. They even cleaned the tires!
View on Googlethis was the number one recommended auto shop for my insurance but the ratings didn’t reflect that so i took a deeper dive into the comments, even called them up and could verify the lady on the phone was rude. Definitely feel like I dodged a bullet on this one and you should too
View on GoogleTerrible customer service. The woman handling my claim was unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. She is awful. The adjuster for Progressive didn’t return any of my calls. If you have Progressive insurance and need to find one of their approved auto body shops, choose any shop but this one. A remarkably negative experience overall.
View on GoogleGreat center and great people! They fixed my Jeep Wrangler several times and the work always has been excellent! I had a rear bumper that faded after a couple years and they worked with me and replaced it with a new bumper from the supplier (as it was defective). I am grateful that they really cared and put in time to deliver a quality and just service. I am very happy! Best, Dave
View on GoogleVehicle brought in a year ago a ram 2500 with a scratch on the front bumper.. went through insurance.. when I went to go pick up my truck the bumper was sitting 3in lower and off center.. when I brought it up to the representative behind the desk. He states that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Wasn’t really Interested In Repairing it. He called out a technician and technician was like ya that’s not right will have to realign it. Asked me to come back tomorrow and I did. It was a lot better then When I first seen it the first time but at this point I just took the truck.. now a year later the paint on the pumper is chipping away.. it’s a metal bumper looks like they barley painted it. Looked ok when I picked it up but the job they did didn’t last..
