My Salesman, Al Picatelli was fabulous. He made the whole process of buying my new vehicle seamless. He explained everything. Omar in finance was just superb. The whole process only took a few hours and I drove off in my new Escalade. I would highly recommend Norwood Cadillac to anyone who is looking for the best service!

View on GoogleThe service manager is the rudest person on earth and the biggest rip off. Don’t let your 80 year old mother go into service without a lawyer. This woman spent $3000 dollars on a car with a dead battery condition that they couldn’t fix. She took it to a non Caddy dealer and found an electrical short in her headlights wiring! They won’t return her money except for a new battery which she never needed to begin with. The service manager hung up on me and I have yet to hear from the General Manager! They are highway robbers! I used to be in the automotive industry for years as a manager and never treated a customer the way they did. See you in court with triple damages! No one hanges up on me and uses the language you used on me!
View on GoogleI had my Escalade towed in due to a service 4wd light that had come on and the mv had steering trouble if you were making sharp turns. I had called and spoke with a George T in the service dept and set the appointment up. spoke with George multiple times as he informed me of the problems with a hub, shock, cue screen , brakes and rotors. While it was there he also took care of some other things that were up for service. George kept me notified and informed throughout the entire process even to the point of getting me a lyft to pick me up if needed. George was knowledgeble on the extended warranty I had and the only thing that slowed us down by a day was the cue screen was on backorder. I have not used dealership services in years as I have had trouble with other brands, 1 my salesman and another got in a fight right on the showroom floor, 2 the manager poking me in my chest with his finger, 3 another dealer giving my tires and rims away to another customer and telling me i needed new tires as these were old when they were less than a month old and a different brand. Well because of George I will be using the service center here at Norwood Cadillac whenever i need something. Thank you George!
