Let me start off by saying front office manager tried his best to resolve the issues. Unfortunately he’s not the person doing the repairs. I brought my vehicle in for a minor bumper scratch. From a small under 10mph accident. Didn’t need to but it’s a relatively expensive vehicle so I didn’t want to have to cover it in the future. They told me it would take 3 weeks and gave me a rental. 3 weeks go by and I get the call that the vehicle was ready. I live less than 5 minutes away so I hurriedly rushed over excited to get my car back. But when I get there check my rear bumper out there was more damage to it then when I brought it in. The justification? Oh a customer might have bumped the car before you got there. The kicker? The car was backed into the spot and I got there immediately. Either way they said they would take care of it fine. Whats a few more days without the car. 1 week goes by and I get the call that the car is repaired. I ask are we sure. Just to make sure can you send me pictures. The pictures looked good so I drive over. I arrive and the vehicle looks good except, there still some marks on the bumper that admittedly could be buffed out. But I find a ding on my tailgate which I do not believe was there prior. Now I’m not expecting perfection but I am expecting to get my vehicle back in better condition. The front office guy to his credit agreed checked the intake photos and the photos after repair and said the damage was not there and took care of it. 3 more days go by I get the call the vehicle is ready. I ask are we sure. He said yes and to his credit it was…. Mostly. At this point I’m over it so I’m taking the vehicle the last mark was a tiny sanding divot that I could live with. I take my vehicle and go home. As soon as I get home I’m going around the car and notice my front bumper has a red scuff… the red that is the same exact color of the building. At this point I reached out to let them know but have no interest in ever bringing my car back there. Here are some other insights, they damaged some wire connectors and blamed the accident. (All of my lights and sensors were working) I got alerted from my vehicles mobile app that a light malfunction happened. They overcharged insurance by $1000 at least from what I can see. Doesn’t matter to me as long as I’m not paying for it. I have a dashcam installed and one of the techs was vaping in my vehicle. They put there plastic bags to protect the leather seats but it’s all an elusion because while it was in shop and being driven around town for (calibration) they didn’t use the bags. I’m honestly scared of what other issues are going to appear because of this and truthfully wouldn’t have brought it in for repair had I known. I was a bit worried going with a third party of Tesla especially since my car was a brand new model year and only 1 month old! But these team at C&E proved themselves to be exceptional. The communication in the process is the most important part — and they were great. I’m very happy with the repair quality. Big thanks to the whole team.

I was happy to find this Tesla-approved body shop right next to my town and my experience with them proved the high ratings this business received here to be creditable. Campbell and the team were easy to communicate with. They did a fabulous job repairing my Model-Y which got rear-ended, and the work was completed well ahead of the estimated completion date. They also periodically sent me updates during the repair process, which was very reassuring. I felt that C & E took good care of their customers and they were serious about their work.

They kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew exactly where things stood. The team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. When I picked up my car, it had been carefully cleaned inside and out — such a thoughtful touch that shows they truly care about their customers and their vehicles. The workmanship is top-notch, and my car looks and feels like new again. I highly recommend them to anyone who values quality repairs, integrity, and outstanding service.
