I called at like 4:35 and they let me come in for a 4:46pm inspection, got my new sticker in about 10 minutes for $35. Glad I could get it done today, I didn’t realize places could “stop” giving out stickers before their listed closing time so I called and came here

Do not go here. Bought a car here for $5200 beginning of June, thinking it was a great price. John, the owner, even told me he’d give me a “6 month bumper to bumper warrantee,” though he only gave me a month on the written paperwork. First red flag. By mid September the car has a leak. I bring it in; John says it has no leak, but an apparently broken exhaust system which I pay them $900 to repair, not even bringing up the warrantee since I think it’ll be a one-off repair. Three weeks pass, and the fire department is at my house for the (apparently gas) leak that John told me wasn’t there. I bring the car back, and they tell me I have to replace the gas tank which broke due to “rust buildup.” The first guy that called me (not John) told me it was rusted so bad it split in half. If the gas tank was that rusted, why did you sell the car to someone? Rust that bad doesn’t build up in three months. Whatever. I’m quoted $1642 for the gas tank repair, and they tell me they’ll give me 15% off since I bought the car from them. I try to get a hold of John, but he’s never in when I call. When I do finally catch him, he tells me he hasn’t looked at my car back— I explicitly ask him to call me when he does so we can talk about the damage, but I hear nothing from these people until they’ve completed the work on the car. When I go in to pick up the car, they try to charge me $1844.97. We eventually agree on $1400, after I speak with John about the rust and bring up the warrantee. Still too much given *they* sold me this car with this horribly rusted gas tank, but I pay it. That day I spoke to John several times, asking him if I’m gonna keep having to bring the car in, if he sold me something with a bunch of parts on the verge of breaking. He assures me no, just this one last repair, then I’ll be good for months, the car is in such great shape. Not a full month later, the car has two lights on— one for the VSC trac and one for oil pressure. When I left a review stating this, I got a passive aggressive response about how it was “very strange” I consider the person who sold me the car responsible for the condition of the car he sold me, and then they took my review down. I cannot emphasize enough how gentle I’ve been on this car in the barely 6 months I’ve had it. I’ve only put about 1.3k miles on it, and it's been in no accidents. There’s no reason for it to be falling apart other than that the parts were already on the verge when they sold it to me in the first place. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Don't bring your car here for an inspection. The owner is running a shake down, he will fail you for wiper blades and immediately try to sell you wiper blades for 50 dollars. My cars wipers are brand new, are not torn and have nothing wrong with them. I got my car respected THE SAME DAY for another 35 dollars at different mechanic in town and the head mech said that the guys at south Natick is trying to run a racket and sell wipers. again, Don't go here.

A friend of mine introduced me to John the owner and boy am I glad he did. I own a BMW X5 and he specializes in foreign cars especially bmws. The repairs I got done would of cost me much much more at any other shop abs or at the dealership and it is done right. He is fair and walks you through everything , very transparent which I loved. I live about an hour away and still made the drive to them and I am very happy I did. Not only did I get great customer service but my car is running the best it ever has since I have had it Thanks to John and his team of mechanics. In conclusion if you are in the natick area or beyond go check this place out you won’t be sorry! Thank you John for the hospitality and great fast and quality work.
