Just got my new 2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid Premium and I’m honestly impressed so far. The ride feels super smooth and comfortable, especially for daily driving, and the visibility is amazing. I love how safe and solid the car feels on the road, and the hybrid system gives great fuel economy without sacrificing power. The interior is spacious, practical, and easy to use, and the all-wheel drive makes it feel confident in any weather. Subaru really did a great job combining comfort, technology, and safety in this model. Definitely feels like a perfect SUV for both city driving and road trips. Very happy with my choice! I cannot begin to say enough about Michael and the exceptionally high level of service I received from him at MetroWest Subaru! Michael was courteous, professional, helpful and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got the service I needed. I live forty-five minutes away and could go to a closer dealership, but when the service is this good, why would I?

Very friendly and helpful. They did a full inspection of the car to figure out what was wrong with it. And with the customer portal you don't feel pressured to a service you aren't interested in. David was my service supervisor and he was very helpful, along with all the mechanics. Great experience, which is a nice change from most car experiences I've had.

They sent me down the road to have a sleeve put on my exhaust pipe at Midas instead of them having to replace the whole thing with a new part. Cost me only 1/30th of an expensive repair job. Griffith was efficient, organized, clear, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I've gone to Clay Subaru in the past for service and have always been happy, but Clay didn't have any openings for service before my inspection was do. I tried MetroWest based on a Claude recommendation, and I'm glad I did. I'll definitely be back!
