Jean and his team win you over with their sincerity and honest prices and indepth knowledge and understanding of the issue - which is a welcome breath of fresh air. Hands down this place is the best car repair and care shop in the Andover Methuen area. Don't let the humble setup fool you. I'd highly recommend one and all to trust their car with Pro Auto Repair. They are very professional, best mechanics and car doctors!
View on GoogleI just picked up my car from Pro Auto Repair this morning after Jean replaced a belt and tensioner in my 2009 Honda. This is my third time coming to this repair shop and I've never left unsatisfied with the work. Jean is kind, courteous and very responsive -- and he and his team do great work and at very reasonable prices. When I reached out to him most recently, he was able to fit me in the next day and had me back on the road that same day. Always happy with the service here and he won't recommend repairs that aren't necessary. It's hard to find a trusted mechanic these days but I sure am glad to have found Jean and Pro Auto Repair. I have recommended him to family and friends and would urge you to check him out for issues big or small. (They offer 12 month warranty on work that they do.)

We happened to see Jean's sign for auto repairs and decided to try his shop, which turned out to be a smart decision. Jean is knowledgeable and trustworthy. His diagnostic skills are noteworthy. We also appreciate his reasonable rates and his kind manner. We are thankful to have found him.
