Deplorable customer service! There is no organization system in place for putting customers on a queue. They don’t even do you the courtesy of letting you know your place in line or how long it might take. I wasted 40 minutes of my time watching cars come and go as they got their service done. As soon as I arrived, I told a gentleman who worked there that I needed to get my tire patched. Eventually I grew frustrated as I saw new customers coming and getting their cars pulled into the garage bay. I eventually spoke to the same gentlemen and he knew he had forgotten about me and referred me to a different tire shop. Go elsewhere if you want respectable service!!!

This place is legit THE WORST. If there was a 0 star rating, I would have chosen that. I’ve been here twice now with two different vehicles for the same thing; a state inspection sticker. The first time I went, the mechanic told me he couldn’t inspect my car because my registration wasn’t popping up in their system (even though I had my new registration in hand). I went down the street and got a sticker no problem within minutes of leaving. The second time was for another inspection sticker on another car. I entered the building and saw the man behind the counter was playing with his cellphone. I stood there for at least 5-10 minutes, still not being acknowledged. I was less than 2 feet from the man, HE SAW ME STANDING THERE. I started looking around, trying to make sure I wasn’t wearing an invisible cloak of some sort. Clearing my throat, coughing… NOTHING could have bothered this man to acknowledge me and ask if I needed help. If you are the owner reading this review, please take a look at your cameras (if you have them) from 09/04/2021 around 2:00 PM and you’ll be able to see my interaction here. This place deserves no business from anyone.
