Luigi and his crew are diligent and will never sell you more than you need or mess with your time. Very honest and friendly guys with fast turnarounds on their jobs. Pricing and communication is on point, I've always had issues with other shops being hard to reach by the phone or text but they are responsive. I highly recommend them and i will be coming back for future repairs/maintenance.

The best in town, extremely knowledgeable and professional very friendly staff and really good prices. Brought my 2012 Infinity Fx35 for a timing chain replacement and multiple other issues and the car feels like new again. All was done in a timely manner, I highly recommend Luigi’s Auto Clinic.

Fake reviews this is not a 5 star shop. Poor workmanship. Paid for an engine swap & timing chain replacement for a 2012 BMW 528xi. The engine he installed had a gaping crack under the oil filter housing assembly that progressivly got worse leaking coolant down the whole front of the engine. In addition less than 1 year later timing chain failed. Mala mano de obra. Pagué por un cambio de motor y cadena de distribución para un BMW 528xi de 2012. In regards to the job done back in January of 2025, which was in just for a engine replacement - remember that you only purchased the engine of which it had 6 months warranty (CLEARLY STATED ON THE RECEIPT) & it was a used engine because that is what YOU the customer wanted to purchase & we KINDLY came out of pocket for the timing chain kit you are stating which we did tell you & Replaced for you at NO cost, reason it’s not stated. We do speak with our customers very clearly before doing any kind of work on their vehicles we go over everything, of which we did with you. Appreciate you taking some time for your feedback. Most engine swaps won't be new engines. The fact that is 1 year ago has nothing to do with you choosing an engine ( as the experienced mechanic) with a cracked cylinder head & a very poor poor installation of a timing chain that should not fail after 1 year Genius. I'm happy your snarky reply is on here to sway future customers from dealing with a very low level mechanic. You should not be working on European cars, educate yourself for the sake of your customers. Luigi it's not a hobby, i have real PASSIONATE DISTAIN for thieving mechanics that give other great mechanics a bad name. Shame on you & the injustice your doing to your customers. The money I lost, you'll lose 10-fold. :) update-the con artist claims he did the timing chain and he never touched it I will update with pictures shortly with proof showing it was never touched absolute scammer. Que haya pasado un año no tiene nada que ver con que hayas elegido un motor (como mecánico experimentado) con la culata agrietada y una instalación deficiente de la cadena de distribución que no debería fallar después de un año, genio.
