Global Service Station

It was a frigid day and I didn't feel like being outside pumping my gas. The gas attendant was all bundled up but still managed to be friendly. He filled my car and he gave me my change. I felt bad for him so I gave him a tip so he could get himself something hot to drink. I also used this station before for a new sticker for when I got my new car. I did not need an appointment, the took me right away and they were quick. I will use this station again.

Whoever that black middle aged man working weekend afternoons at the front filling gas is, I hope you learn how to talk to customers. -knocking violently on the window the moment I arrived so that I could open the gas tank. Comments like: -"are you going to watch my face while doing this?" Dude it's my car I'll watch it while you're putting gas in it, none of your business. -"don't do anything else!" he shouts as he hands over the clipboard full of receipts for me to sign. Dude, I was just checking if the receipt below mine was my copy. When I responded with, "try to be polite", this guy was audacious enough to not apologize but double down with "what polite? I just told you that is not yours, just give my pen and receipt back to me!" I get it, you might have had a bad day. Doesn't mean you take it out on customers. Learn to talk first then start a job. Utter rubbish attitude. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I can’t give negative stars because it’s not an option. The way the little boy that works there spoke to me tonight was completely unacceptable! There is no manager on site to place a complaint, the cursing, and the disrespectful behavior was completely unprofessional. He not only needs a crash course of customer service, he needs to have his teeth pushed back. I wonder if the way he spoke to me and or spoke to the other customer is the way he speaks to his parents because if it is then he has no morals at all! If they keep that kid working there word will get around and you would surly lose business as you have already lost mine!

My daughter has been going here since she got her license last year for all her oil changes and inspection sticker and was planing on using them for any legitimate repairs that came up. Well the last oil change she went in for I just found out they told her she needed to replace her break pads and rotors saying they were bad and needed to be replaced. Thankfully my daughter knew I replaced the pads and rotors before I gave her the car. This place is dishonest and will not be getting anymore business from us. If they tell you that you need something fixed or replaced get a second opinion.

These guys are scum. They gave me bad advice on my car which ended up with my car blowing a head gasket on the highway with my child in the car. Before this happened I brought my car here for a diagnostic and I repeatedly expressed my worry that the head gasket needed to be considered, the managing mechanic, Jay, looked me in the eye and promised me it was just a few sensors that needed to be replaced. When I confronted the owner, Najib, about the ordeal he said, "I'm such a powerful man I could take your whole family down!" Threatening my family's lives for holding him accountable! I'm sure Methuen police will disagree with him. I would avoid this place. He also owns the gas station across the street. This is the character of the owner of these gas stations.
