World Class Transmission

I took my work van to World Class with a transmission issue. Kyle quickly diagnosed the issue and Jana sent over the estimate (very reasonable price). When I called to just make sure I understood the issue with the vehicle, Kyle took the time to walk me through the diagnosis (a leak in the rear seal), assure me that the repair was worth the investment and then was able to complete the work the same day and get me back on the road. I recommend that anyone with a transmission issue go see the professionals at World Class, you will be satisfied!!

I have a 2015 Subaru Impreza that needed a valve body replacement in October of 2024 at 200,000 miles. Due to my job I drive a ton per year. Besides the dealership that was going to charge an arm and a leg, I was told by multiple transmission shops that they wouldn't work on Subarus. World class transmissions was recommended to me by my mechanic in Walpole. It was a bit of a drive for me to get to Mendon but well worth it. Kyle and Rose have great communication skills and Kyle finished the job in like a day. I can happily report back that now over a year later I've put on another 55,000 miles. Kyle, Rose and his team serviced my transmission, transfer case and both differentials on my F150 Truck. I must say that I got a really good feeling the minute I stepped into his shop to inquire and get a quote. Kyle is very reasonable on his pricing and actually did the transmission service correctly by opening the pan and replacing the filter. 2 Ford dealership I had inquired with only flush from the dipstick port and don’t change the filter. Pretty much a dealership mystery transmission service. I’m very confident that the service on my 10 speed transmission was done correctly and meticulously. I’ll definitely be back again for the next service

We took it Anchor Subaru who told us it needed a full transmission replacement and quoted thousands of dollars — money we simply didn’t have. They thoroughly checked everything and told us there was nothing wrong with the transmission, the fluid was fine, and they did not recommend replacing it. Their honesty literally saved us about $5,000. It’s rare to find a shop that chooses integrity over profit, especially when someone is already stressed and expecting bad news. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism, transparency, and kindness. If you want a transmission shop who actually care and won’t sell you something you don’t need, this is the place to go.
