Wow.. thee guys are honest. I had an issue with my exhaust that would have required ordering expensive parts and waiting a while for them to arrive. They suggested I go to another custom muffler shop (Lou's Custom Muffler in N. Reading) for a quicker and cheaper solution. Roadside Truck and Auto certainly earned my trust with this interaction.

They did some quality work on my box truck a few months back, and were very patient as I asked many questions to learn the ins and outs of how to maintain my own vehicle. I was very pleased with their work and it's been running great ever since. A few days ago, my motorcycle broke down nearby. Unfortunately, they don't work on motorcycles, but they pointed me in the right direction and were very accommodating. They let me park it behind their shop (even offering to park it inside for increased security) while I figured out how to transport it to a motorcycle shop. I showed up with a U-Haul, and they stopped what they were doing and helped me get the bike into the back using the lift gate on their truck. It was slick. "It's the little things in life"

John and his son, also named John, are the best, most honest mechanics in the Boston area as far as I am concerned. I have been bringing my cars(s) to Roadside for the past 15 years. They are thoughtful, fair in pricing (no upsell ever), and walk you through everything. Their shop is super clean and both John and his son are laid back, easy going folks -- good people.
View on GoogleMy car was overheating and I pulled into the closest mechanic I could find. A very helpful gentlemen stopped what he was doing to help me, poured me some new coolant, confirmed I was good to go, then refused to charge me. They have my business for life, and they deserve yours too.
