This place is 100% AMAZING. Wilson and his other mechanic are always so friendly and professional. I've been coming here for 7-8yrs after trying to find a garage with great reviews. They usually repair my car in a timely manner, take time to show me the problem and explain why it's necessary for repairs. They have always given me a fair & reasonable price compared to other quotes that have wanted to charge me $100's more. Another garage was quoting me an extra $400 more than Wilsons quote for a repair!! Wilson is very honest and has told me, "I do 'NOT' need certain car parts/repairs" when other mechanics have told me that I do need them. So, I'm confident in saying on here, 'they have never tried to rip me off by selling me something that I did not need'. They have always "advised" me on repairs that I "may" need in 6-12 months time etc without any pressure to return to them. I'd also like to add that their other guys working the gas pumps are always very polite and friendly too and will ask how my day is going etc. I guarantee you will get 100%/5 STAR customer service here. I've been meaning to write a review about this place for years. Sorry it took so long. Thank you all. You guys rock!! 🙏👍

I’ve been a faithful customer for 3 years! Wilson is really the best!! Very honest, kind, hard working, and is just a wonderful human being!! It’s very hard to find an honest mechanic these days and someone you can trust. I’m so lucky to have found a very knowledgeable mechanic. Wilson’s honesty is what keeps me always coming back. I will not go anywhere else! I always refer him to everyone I know. In addition to Wilson he added Pedro to his shop. Pedro is equally honest and wonderful just like Wilson. Please support his shop in Medford. You won’t be disappointed!
View on GoogleFinding a reliable mechanic is difficult as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. I got quoted $3,000 at a dealership to repair a knocking sound in my car. I still thought that sounded extreme, so I took it to Wilson here at PT. He got in the car, we drove 10 feet in the parking lot and he said, “oh the sway bar links.” We got out, he fixed it for way less than the dealer, so now he’s my “car guy” when anyone asks. The dealership wasn’t even going to fix the sway bar links.
