I got into an accident last August in my brand new 2025 vehicle — the same day I drove it off the lot. The car had only 200 miles on it and had absolutely no prior issues. Although I originally wanted to use a Nissan Certified repair facility, I went with Medford Auto Center because they were in-network with insurance and the repairs were supposed to be warrantied. The repair process took about two weeks after I was rear-ended. When I got the car back, the rear badging was installed so poorly it was almost laughable — crooked, off-center, and visibly wrong. Anyone would have caught it. I had to bring the car back days later after they ordered replacement badging. Shortly after, I experienced a blowout on my rear tire. Medford Auto Center assured me it had absolutely nothing to do with the accident or their repairs, claiming the damage area never involved the tires. There was no nail or puncture, and these were tires with under 300 miles on them. About two months later, I started hearing unusual noises while braking, accelerating, and driving downhill. Nissan inspected it and found a missing muffler hanger clip that had come loose from the prior repairs. They fixed it under warranty to save me the trip but confirmed it was related to the repair work. Then, about two months ago, two more issues appeared: a sloshing noise whenever stopping the vehicle and a clanking noise while turning on inclines or declines. I scheduled another appointment with Medford Auto Center, but the night before the visit, I unfortunately got rear-ended again in a minor fender bender. I brought the car to a Nissan Certified body shop for that repair. After removing the bumper and seeing Medford Auto Center’s previous work, they refused to proceed, describing it as a “hack job at best” and saying it “looked like a first grader’s arts and crafts project.” I was told parts that should have been welded were glued, components that should have been replaced were reused, water was entering the body of the vehicle, improper sealing had caused rust, glue residue was left throughout, and the muffler had not been properly secured — contributing to the noises I had been hearing. There were numerous additional issues as well. In short, I trusted Medford Auto Center with my brand new vehicle, and their careless workmanship has severely impacted it. For nearly $13,000 worth of repairs, I expected competent work. Instead, fixing what wasn’t properly repaired the first time is now costing an additional $2,000–$3,000 and leaving me without my vehicle for nearly another month. Needless to say, I will be exploring my legal options.

Excellent work from the entire team! The bodywork was done with great precision and attention to detail, the preparation and assembly were flawless, and the paint finish is absolutely outstanding. I would also like to highlight the reception team for their professionalism, organization, and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything reflected quality, dedication, and true craftsmanship. Highly recommended!

I followed my insurance company's recommendation and used Medford Auto Center for repairs on my electric vehicle. Although they are certified to repair electric vehicles, after about a month of having the car they weren't able to fix it (which is understandable) so they had it towed to a dealership for my make of car (also understandable). However, instead of towing it to one a few miles away in a neighboring town, they towed it to LEOMINSTER, where it remains, another two months later, at a shop that is barely working on it and hasn't figured out what's wrong with it. When I asked the guys why they had it towed to Leominster, they said that they had a relationship with them, which I'm sure is true, but is a terrible reason to send a car 50+ miles away to a shop that is unprofessional and won't complete the repairs in a timely manner. They never asked us if we were OK with sending it to Leominster - and it had to pass two other closer dealerships on its way there. Medford Auto Center also tried to give me back the car when there was a warning message on the startup screen, telling me that it "should go away while driving" and to bring it back if it didn't. Well, it didn't go away, and instead I got stranded when the car wouldn't even open. That they were willing to say "hey good enough, don't worry about this warning light" and send me on my way with the car was pretty unprofessional. Because the car needed more work at that point, we had it taken directly to the dealership, but our dealer won't touch it because it was already taken to a different dealership, so back to Leominster it went. I have no doubt that if you have an uncomplicated repair this place can take care of it fine. But if it requires any kind of work outside their wheelhouse, expect them to prioritize their relationships over the customer experience.

Had a scrape on the side of my car, and my insurance recommended Medford Auto Center. The paint looks like new, and the staff were all very professional and polite. Would highly recommend! Edit: Had to return for paint work after a garage door closed on my car, and the work was again flawless (even for my unreasonable standards). I thought I noticed a missed spot, and they fit me in right away to have a look. It ended up being dried product, and Oscar cleaned it up in under 10 minutes, and added a fresh coat of wax. I wouldn't bring my car for body work anywhere else!
