I had a nail in one of the tires on the work vehicle. I am unfortunately obligated by work to take the car to their place to be fixed however I needed air till I get there. A white man with dark blonde hair was so kind and professional about it. He added air to all tires and pointed out to where the nail was. This interaction took place sometime in the winter. I was poorly dressed and exhausted after a medical shift. I asked if I can pay for the air and he refused. I highly recommend the services here.

These guys are the absolute best! I went in for an oil change a few months ago and they were all so kind. The owner and his son are the sweetest. Today, before crazy Thanksgiving travel, I called them in a panic because of a completely flat tire. Without hesitation, they told me to come right in. They even went to Sullivan Tire to pick up new tires for me and then install them. I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way for me! They will always have my business. Thank you all again!!

5 stars every time. I showed up at the end of the day on a Thursday with an issue that I’d neglected for too long, and made a plan to drop it off Friday at 5 pm so that it could be looked at first thing Monday morning. I received an update call Monday morning with the issue and price estimate- which was accurate at time of payment/pick up later that day. The issue is resolved, and it’s so nice to have a trusted car service place. They are always willing to chat quick (even at the end of their busy days!) and help you out asap. Heard of them by word of mouth, and continue to pass them on as my own recommended place. Thank you!!!

***UPDATE*** Was about to have my old car transported out of state to my son, and the evening before I find the climate control broken. Nick drove out to pick up a replacement part early next morning, installed it in front of my house, and then gave me a ride home from the car dropoff point. That's what I call going the extra mile(s)! Thanks, guys. I have been going to Mallet for many years because I trust them. They fix the problem, communicate pricing upfront, and don’t charge me an arm and a leg. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great service.
