I had an excellent experience with this mechanic. He was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in detail. The service was fast, the price was fair, and the work was done perfectly. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and I will definitely come back and recommend him to others.
View on GoogleBe very careful!!! I brought my car in to get a front end sound checked in last week. They told me I need new front shocks and two end links. I think the estimate was around $800. When I said that I would have to wait on the shocks and asked if he could just do the end links he told me the labor would go up by $80.00 because I was splitting the job up. I had a feeling so I took it to another mechanic that was a little bit of a commute but paid off. He said I really only needed one end link fixed it for $75.00. the front shocks were fine. The boots were torn but not leaking and still working. I truly believe this Medford mechanic just saw the torn boots and thought it would be an easy sale. I got my inspection sticker without any issues. I almost spent money I didn't need to spend. Always get a second opinion. I will forever be communicating to my old mechanic. It would have been nice to have someone local but not this place, ever.

View on GoogleWorst experience in the US. I left my car with all the dashboard lights. The owner of this auto repair, Marciano, said the service would cost $400. I told him he could do it. I went to pick up the car, paid $400, and the next day the lights were on again. He checked the car again and said he couldn't fix it and told me to go to Ford. In other words, he charged me $400 and didn't fix my car.
