Went in today with a slow leak in one of my tires. They checked all 4 tires, found the issue with the one I was worried about, got it plugged and on my way quickly. I really appreciate the service. Could not recommend them more.

View on GoogleAbsolutely horrendous service. Asked to have my tires replaced and rotated as well as replace my brakes. Brakes came back super squeaky and they did not align or balance my wheels. Had to get them fixed by a separate shop for even more money. Have gone back for gas and for air in my tires and have been told to “go somewhere else” without explanation. Wouldn’t recommend if you have any other option. Good luck.
View on GoogleUpdate: After speaking with management and Eddie about an issue I recently experienced here , they handled the situation very professionally and reversed the actions to fix the problem accordingly so. Sometimes people make mistakes in all businesses and when management steps in to handle the situation accordingly to fix the issue at hand to satisfy valued customers it shows the business cares more about their clients than standing behind the mistake. Thank You and I recommend this business to anyone looking for good service and if you deal with issues from mistakes by employees just call or speak with those in charge and they will make sure your mistake is reversed to satisfy you, no one is perfect and things happen but it always can be fixed with proper communication. View on GoogleHorrible service. Installed my snow tires on backwards, reverse rotation, and my tires were missing one lug bolt on three tires. Snow tires have directional arrows for proper tire installation and rotation. Two tires are installed with reverse rotation. Edmund himself rotated the tires.
