I can’t say enough good things about Mark Jr. and Mark. They are some of the nicest, most honest people you’ll meet in the auto body industry. From the beginning they were extremely upfront about the entire process, took the time to answer every question I had, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. They recently repaired and refinished the rear bumper on my 2021 BMW M5 Competition, and the result was absolutely unbelievable. The color match and finish came out perfect — it honestly looks better than new. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. What really stands out though is how genuine and helpful they are. They treated both me and my brother incredibly well and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for an auto body shop that is honest, professional, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend Mark Jr. and Mark. You won’t find a better place.

For any mechanical service requirements, from an oil change to having a transmission replaced, this establishment is highly recommended! Despite relocating to Wayland, I continue to return to Deco for all repair needs, consistently receiving fair, honest, and accurate quotes. On a recent occasion, their quote for parts and labor was hundreds less than other estimates I obtained for the identical service. 5 ⭐️ every time for almost 20 years!

After I dropped it off for repair, Deco took a closer look and found a more serious problem that could have turned into something catastrophic, so I’m really grateful he caught it. Everyone was friendly, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process. This is my second time using them, and I would definitely go back again and recommend them to others.
