New England Tire Car Care Centers - Mansfield

They've always been good to me. I've been bringing my cars here for 6 years. Good communication, no surprise costs or unapproved work. I've never been pushed into getting any extra repairs. It's nice to have a place I feel comfortable bringing my car for service.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new place to have my car serviced. Found it. Professional and reasonably priced service. Had me in on time as scheduled, and my car was ready as promised.

I had to have my rotors changes three time from 11/2024 -3/19 the new manager told me it happens in New England, The manager and I disagreed I asked if he changed his rotors three time in this time period And his answer was why don’t i give you your money back and you never return!!! bad customer serves) needless to say i never received the money!!! from my experience the problem is .( cheap products) Safe your self the aggravation and time, Don’t go to New England tire .

Definitely recommend coming here for auto shop repair and fixes. The people at the front were extremely kind and honest about everything that needed to be done. I had come in from getting a high estimate from a Honda dealership (which was ridiculous for brake caliber and parking brake cable replacements), and they did it for very cheap which was a excellent for everything that needed to be done. They were very clear about how long it would take and tried to get me in and out as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Absolutely diabolical work Asked for a call before my allignment no call. Brought in my own tires because through them it wouldve been 400+ dollars PER TIRE they the do alignment without fixing the main issue and charged me 200 dollars to put on the tires with the alignment which is a service most tire shops would include with an alignment im am now down 500 dollars with the same issue on my car thank you!!!
