Murph and his team at the shop are the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with in Boston! They were honest, patient, and upfront about the issues we were having with our cars. Murph took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly patient throughout the process. By the end, I felt much more educated and confident about the repairs we were looking at. I truly appreciate the transparency and great service.
View on GoogleI really didn't want to leave a bad review because Murph was a nice guy. I took my car in for a rattle under the body. I was told there was nothing wrong with my car and sent me on my way with no charge. Amazing, I thought. As I am getting in my car the next day I notice a large scratch on my front bumper with a yellow color paint that is consistent with the yellow lift used in the shop. Murph vaguely responded to me and I left it at that because I just wanted accountability. I got a second and third opinion on the rattle under the car to find it was a simple fix of a heat shield.

Instant response and availability. He does not even charge for a lot of things out of courtesy! Highly recommended!
View on GoogleMurph and team are the best. Both times I've been there (unrelated reasons) he has been very fast in identifying the problem and providing a solution. He will literally show you what piece is causing the issue and what the solution is. He doesn't try to upsell you with BS services. I asked him to do a full inspection and he said something along the lines of "I wish I have something to sell you but your car is fine, just check your brakes again in the next oil change". His prices are very affordable. I'd recommend him to anyone, really a great job by a great team of people.
