From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Even though the person who hit my car had low-quality insurance, Ultra Collision went above and beyond to handle everything. They were in constant communication with the insurance company and worked tirelessly to increase the amount they were willing to cover for my repair. Their dedication ensured my car was fully restored to perfection. Before the repairs even started, a separate third-party driver scratched the top of my left rearview mirror. I mentioned it to the owner of Ultra Collision and asked for a quote to repair the scratch. To my surprise, when I got my car back, they had repaired it for free! On top of that, they made getting a rental car seamless—providing one right when I dropped off my car. When I got my Mercedes back, I was blown away; it looked even better than before the accident! Ultra Collision Center truly goes the extra mile. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible customer service make them stand out. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
