Eider was AMAZING⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I live within a 2 minute walk from what use to be the shop would take me car to get worked on Emerson Automotive 👎 I took my cat for a tire repair and the said they would let me know if it would be plugged or patched. They informed me that I needed a new tire and the total cost for a new tire and labor would be between $450/$600 because my tire was beyond repair and it would take a few days. I looked online and found On The Way Express, I look through the website and in less than 10 minutes I was able to purchase the same tire and schedule an appointment for the next day at the cost of $352 & he came to my location to replace, balance and check all my tires for the correct pressure. He is a Great Guy and Definitely looks to provide an GREAT SERVICE without killing you with PRICES!!! He will be the 1st call i make if i need any work done to my car. He's the Safelite of Tire, Brakes and many other car services👍👍My Guy is also Venezuelan 👌 he's Very Hard Worker & Prideful of the work he does. He's also willing to share his knowledge of the service and somethings that dealerships won't. "Tire repair kit" SUCKS!!! the liquid that goes into the tires can damage the tire sensors, so better off buying a spare tire when purchasing or leasing a car without a spare, instead of using that BULLSHIT. 100% Recommend him for car services ESPECIALLY for the convenience of him going to your location⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently had a cracked wheel because the potholes around Boston are terrible. My tire was losing PSI and I was hoping it was just a nail or simple fix intially. Eider was able to find the crack and where air was being released. I have a Tesla Model Y and the uberturbine wheels are low profile so this tends to happen. Eider was upfront about everything, recommended we find another wheel that hasn't been repaired instead of wasting money and welding it. Welding it could be a temporary fix but it's chances of cracking again are very high. I found another wheel and Eider came back and installed it the next day. He's very professional and knowledgable. The prices are very good for the services that come right to your door, Eider told me his goal was good honest work so customers can trust him when he's needed. He's very familar with Teslas and I would definitely call him again. Highly Recommend!

I blew a tire an hour away from home and needed help replacing an unfortunately odd sized tire. Called up these guys and although they didn't have my size tire the mechanic worked with me to find a old junk tire that could get me back up and running temporarily. Eider was fast and very pleasant and eager to share knowledge about his trade. Only took about 25 minutes to put the tire on and only charged me for labor not the tire all at a reasonable price. Would recommend their services 100%!

Found my new mechanic! Moved to Medford from the north shore and had yet to find a local mechanic. Eider worked with my (sometimes ridiculous) work schedule to get my brakes replaced and a leaky tire patched in a timely manner. Friendly guy. Very fair, honest, thorough and explains everything in language I can understand. Also a dog lover, which gets bonus points in my book. Highly recommend for all your car-care needs!
