The owner will give you straightforward and honest advice. The mechanics are competent and resourceful, and I've had several smaller jobs completed in about an hour! It's not just me--the last time I was there (for a quick headlight replacement) other regular customers were picking up their cars and praising them for their great service! And they can do big jobs too.
View on GoogleI don't like writing negative reviews, I'd rather speak to the owner or manager but this place is an exception. The staff here was possibly the rudest and worst people I have encountered in any business ever. Rude, arrogant, ignorant and unhelpful doesn't come close to being a complete description of their behavior. I was even told that "Its not my job" when I asked the employee in the front office for assistance. His apparent supervisor came out and was also less than polite and helpful. If one of my employees treated a potential client like this they'd be fired on the spot. This place would have no employees if they did that. I drove to another place and got my sticker from some very helpful and polite people. They'll be getting a 5 star review.

View on GoogleI went in for an inspection sticker and knew my brakes were in tough shape. I came in on Friday at 3:30, Abraham gave me a fair verbal price, picked up the parts and replaced the front brake pads and rotors at a very reasonable price all within 2 hours. He showed me the rotors and pads as well (they were shot) I couldn’t say more nice things about this establishment.
View on GoogleLooking for a auto repair shop now that my car is getting older. I stopped in around 9 o'clock this morning, to inquire about rear brakes and rear rotors. I spoke with Abe , and he checked front and rear and did confirm I needed rear brakes and rotors and he would be able to do it today . I was ecstatic! My car was ready before noon! Great price , great place. I will definitely be coming back when I need something repaired on my 2016 Mazda CX5. I definitely recommend 👌 if you need work done on your car, go to Highland Automotive and ask for Abe!
