I never say this, but it's really a shame that I can't give this guy more than 5 stars. Some other reviews describe Frank as "honest" but it goes beyond that. No matter how much I insist, he won't even take my money for minor repairs as a repeat customer. He calls you and explains everything and breaks down the price for you and checks whether it's okay to go ahead with the repairs. If anything is discovered, he calls you right away and checks in again. If you are a repeat customer, he remembers your name and is always friendly and personable. Great services, great communication. You never feel like you're inconveniencing him or like he doesn't want to talk to you. For the handful of reviews with people feeling upset about prices... the guy's gotta charge something for his services beyond just paying for the parts. And I've never had him repair something without calling me and running the price past me first. I've been here at least a dozen times over the last few years (had an 11 year old car that was on its last legs). If anything goes wrong and you bring it back, he generally won't even charge you. Long story short, I really recommend this place.

Been going to Frank for years. He is a great man, very honest doesn’t over charge and takes good care of his recurring clients. Car always works better when he is done with it. Never had an issue. I come from Bedford just to continue with his service. Highly recommend
