⸻ I have been waiting for more than two weeks for Melo’s mechanic to repair my car. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying for the service before the work was completed. I trusted the positive reviews, but my experience has not reflected an honest or professional business practice. After my payment was made, I was later told the repair would cost more money, even though I was previously assured that there would be no additional charges. When I asked for my money back, I was repeatedly told that the payment was non-refundable. Meanwhile, my car is still not fixed. I have been forced to take Uber to work, church, and even to buy food, which has created additional financial stress. I even spent five hours sitting at the shop waiting for my car, but nothing was resolved. I was told by Lorrie that there was nothing she could do because a part had been ordered and it would take 10 business days to arrive. Based on my experience, this explanation does not seem accurate. At this point, I simply want my $920 returned so I can take my car to another mechanic and have it repaired properly. I have already contacted my bank for assistance and will pursue legal action if necessary. Please return my $920 immediately so I can move forward and get my car fixed. There are many mechanics in town, and I will take my business elsewhere. Customers should be very careful when dealing with certain mechanic shops. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Really disappointed with my experience here. I came in with an appointment and still waited 4 hours because they don’t respect the queue. They take walk-ins ahead of scheduled customers. Worse, the tech broke a TPMS sensor while changing my tires, then tried to charge ME $70 to replace it. They damaged it, but somehow that became my problem. Manager wouldn’t take responsibility. Won’t be back. Go somewhere that respects your time and owns their mistakes.
