I recently brought my car to Caribbean Auto Body after an accident to have my front bumper replaced, and I was very impressed with the service I received. When I picked up my car, not only was the repair completed, but the entire interior had been cleaned. The car was spotless and smelled brand new, which was an unexpected and appreciated touch. I did notice that part of the front bumper didn’t appear to be fully attached. I brought it to their attention right away, and they immediately took the car back in and fixed the issue without hesitation. Their responsiveness and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional throughout the process. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work. I would definitely bring my car back to Caribbean Auto Body and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs and excellent customer service.

View on GoogleJose and Johnny are THE BEST!! Brought my car in to have Running Boards installed and they told me to drop it back off that afternoon. Dropped it at 1:30 and done by 5. I also had window guards I just purchased in the car as well and they put those on too at no charge. The BIGGEST mistake I made was I left my purse there by mistake and when I called the next morning they had it. Nothing touched! I highly recommend them for their Honesty and Dedication to Always helping and making their customers happy! You have found a forever customer in me.
