I called on Sunday and needed at least 2 tires but wasn't sure if I should replace all 4. They told me to come right down and made it so easy to get the new tires and get them installed. The woman at the front desk was lovely and super helpful and the gentlemen installing the tires were quick and efficient. Will definitely return.
View on GoogleI will never return to that tire warehouse again. I almost walked out when I arrived. First, I was rudely treated by the women at the front counter when I asked what she meant by taking the tire off and repairing it because she said they do not plug tires. Only after I queationably explained what she meant because I was unsure if that is what she meant could she sarcastically answer, "yeah". Then, I was told the tire cannot be repaired and I need a new one, but that they only had 1 Michelin tire left in stock and no used tires. The mechanic was quick and efficient, but then I realize that I was charged an extra $22.08 for optional road hazard coverage. I was never asked if I wanted it, just charged. The prices are a little high. I had to buy a new $138 tire that after all the fees and coverage was over $200. However, that is the least of my concerns when I walk into a building and already feel like I am a burden to their day and like I was lied to and taken advantage of from the start. Numerous people have told me they have had the same experience with the lady at the front counter. I only wish I checked their reviews and asked friends and family before I pulled in. Luckily l, I don't need to make that same mistake twice. Despite my tire having coverage that I paid for (even though I never asked for it) I would rather go somewhere else to get that tired repaired if something happens than go back there and have the same experience I did that day.
View on GoogleI went to tire warehouse and got an estimate. I felt it cost too much. I did check out another place (Sam's Club) was cheaper but they were rude and stripped my lug nut and couldn't change the tires. Took them an hour to tell me that. So I went back to Tire Warehouse. I got there at 6:10 pm and done by 6:40. Service was good and fast.
View on GoogleVery professional. Helped me out last year to get a full set of new tires for my wifes car, and over a year later one of them got a screw in the sidewall. Not repairable, they had one in stock and still under warranty so only had to pay half price. Comes with a full new warranty too. The woman at the front is very respectful and knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend

I needed a plug put into my tire not only was that done quickly, but they also made sure all of my tires were full of air and also let me know that anytime I needed air. I could swing by and they would do it for free. Excellent experience I highly recommend them. The price was right as well.
