I just purchased a new car this Saturday before, I was told to just bring the car back up to get my inspection done. When I drove in, everyone was very pleasant. They then took my car to the back for the inspection. I have to say I did wait About an hour and a half to two hours to have this done, which was unfortunate since I had to leave work to do it, but everyone was very kind and kept me informed and I appreciated it. When it was done, my car was waiting out front with the door open for me ready to go.

I had a fantastic experience at Lincoln Geravis. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The whole processes of purchasing my new car was made that much easier by Brendon. He is very knowledgeable, and was a huge help to me. I really appreciate everything he did to help me purchase my new car. I would go back to this dealership again in the future. Truly fantastic.

Oil change special but your service department didn’t know about it. When you send out a service special you should send it to the appropriate department. $99 special oil change etc. car wash was terrible too.

Where do I begin….long post. Purchase my car there in 2022. Custom. Came in with an outdated gps which they refused to update. 3 months later on a 90° day my ac was not producing cold air-no coolant. “Fixed” until the next summer when it happened again. Apparently there was a hole in the hose that needed replacing. They failed to look for a hole the previous year and just added coolant. Other minor issues regarding service appointments and poor communication along the way. Fast forward to last week. Took the car in for service and a few recalls. They needed the day but I couldn’t pick up until the next day due to previous engagements. Informed they would leave my key in the car u locked. assumed it would be in a safe location. while on their property the car was rummaged through. Some loose change and dollar bills as well as a gift card taken. So, either a service tech stole these items or someone entered the car and took the items over night. Since the key was in the car they could have driven off with the car! When I called them to report this I was told there are no cameras due to construction and no gated area where cars are left and told the manager would call me. No call! During that visit I mentioned a low tire pressure. When I got the call the car was ready and when I picked up the car I asked about the tire. Said it was looked at no problems and tire pressures where balanced. That night low tire pressure again. My husband, who is NOT an auto tech, assessed the tire in the rain on the ground and found a nail! Called to inform. Told a manger would call me right back. No call! Disappointed!
