Nhan is really wonderful! He is very attentive to detail and got my rear brakes done (rotors&pads) for a very reasonable price with included warranty. He also went above and beyond and picked me up after he did the job so I wouldn’t have to walk in the cold wintry weather! I was trying to save on not getting an uber. I felt so safe and understood. He makes you feel like you’ve known him always. He is very transparent, honest, fast, efficient and informative. He gave me good advice on how to maintain my car brakes so as to avoid future possible costs that other shops fail to mention. So kind and genuine human being. In this economy and overall state of human morality he is a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend and have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. Thank you Nhan!

Nhan is a great honest mechanic. I came in with a suspension issue, he fixed it quickly for a fair price and mentioned a couple small issues on the car honestly without trying to haggle me in for more work. I had a question about the service a couple days later and he got me in quick, showed me all his work with the car on the lift and let me know I just needed a balancing for the wheel he worked on. Its hard to find an honest mechanic, I will be trusting Dutton Auto Repair going forward and giving him a recommendation!

If you’re looking for an honest, reliable mechanic in Lowell, I can’t recommend Dutton Street Auto Repair enough. Nhan, the owner, has been taking care of my car—and my family’s cars—for the past 6–7 years, and the difference compared to other shops in the area is night and day. Before finding him, I went through several mechanics around Lowell and always left feeling overcharged, overlooked, or stuck waiting far longer than expected. Nhan is the complete opposite. He treats his customers like family, takes the time to explain what’s going on, and gives you real options instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by people, not just making a quick buck. He’s also incredibly responsive and efficient. Most of the time, my car is ready the same day—or within a day or two if he’s especially busy. That kind of reliability is hard to find. At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Lowell with my car. If you want someone who’s honest, skilled, and truly looks out for you, Nhan is your guy.

Nhan is a very kind and honest man. I brought my car in because the heater was stuck on one setting. I don’t know much about cars, but he took the time to clearly explain the problem to me. He kept me updated on what was wrong and how he was fixing it throughout the process. The price was very affordable, and when everything was finished, he even gave me helpful tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I truly appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend his services!

Nhan went beyond the norm by keeping me updated on fixing my car. HE TRULY cares about his customers. I consider him a friend and an exceptional businessman. He bends over backwards to ensure you a great service experience which is a lost business mantra. He saved me a few thousands with his customer first practice.
