Excellent customer service! I had a nail in my tire and the pressure was going down rapidly and Al who checked me in was right on top of it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and treated me well. I was offered coffee and water and my little dog was warmly welcomed as well. The tire was plugged and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Excellent service all around. (The nail taken out of my tire below)

I really appreciate the online portal that gave me status updates and allowed me to review suggested repairs and approve costs. I was able to take a detailed look at what was being recommended and what it would cost. I asked for a lot of stuff to be looked at, and accepted that I could have been up charged, but they didn't recommend all of the things I asked them to check. I feel pretty confident that I wasn't taken advantage of and they only told me what I really needed. Thanks!

Greeted by all the workers that passed by. I ended up getting the deal of buying 3 tires and getting 1 free and my end result my car feels amazing!
