The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the owner, Adrian, is both knowledgeable and incredibly fair with his flat hourly rate. After visiting several local shops—most of which were unapproachable, rude, or dismissive—I was relieved to find Adrian’s shop. From the moment we spoke, I knew I could trust him. There really are some great people out there who are willing to go the extra mile to help others. Adrian and everyone at Santana Auto Repair are fantastic and some of those people. My wife and I pulled in about 3:30 on our way to a camping trip in Maine with a frozen left front caliper. Not only did they fix it but checked the right front and found a badly worn rotor. They stayed well past closing to make sure we were all right and got us back on the road. I can't thank them enough. They are phenomenal.
