Live in Andover? Pay Andover prices for your auto repair !! Unconsciously go to Woodworth's for all my auto repairs and pay through the nose with terrible service. Got into a fender-bender over the weekend and they quoted $3,700 to repair my car. I did some research over the weekend and found RT Auto Repair. Not going to find a nice reception with free bottled water like Woodworth's, but did get my car fixed for $500 !! Dropped the car off on Tuesday and picked in up on Thursday - as promised ! The work was flawless and they dropped $200 off the original estimate of $500. Great service and great work. I strenuously advocate for this company. They were terrific !

It's very hard to find a good mechanic but this place is awesome! They worked on my 2004 Jeep Cherokee which has all kinds of problems that they fixed for an affordable price. They are always very busy because they do body work too and work on foreign cars. They do everything! Very honest and trustworthy. I'm lucky I found them by driving by.

Very professional, good price, very knowledgeable about my car and my problem. They did a couple things extra they noticed without charging. I like them a lot! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, not even at the dealership. They saved me so much money too! They didn't charge me for diagnosis!!!! They are the best!!!!!!!

Terrible, terrible service. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I paid for auto body work to be done on my front bumper and fender when I arrived to pick up he vehicle the fender was dented and unpainted. He then proceeded to tell me that the car looked that way because it was “old” (it’s a 2008 vehicle) I expressed that the age of he car had nothing to do with the way it looked because that is why I hired a supposed professional to fix it I told him I felt the the work had been done incorrectly. He began yelling at me at the top of his lungs to the point I almost had to call the police, but another man working close by came over and asked him to stop. I have never worked on a car in my life and could have done a better job watching YouTube videos. I would not recommend going here at all! The work is “half ass” and terrible but worst they treat their customers horribly. I would never even raise my voice like that to a dog. I suggest they take a customer service training.
