I came to this shop specitically to have my brakes done before winter, fully prepared to pay for the full service because I understand how important brake safety is. Instead, they told me they "didn't want to charge me too much" and only replaced the rotors, even though I clearly asked for my brakes to be done as well. I trusted their judgment, assuming my vehicle was still safe to drive. Months later, after continuing issues, I brought my car to a new mechanic who immediately informed me that my brakes were only secured with ONE screw, which is extremely dangerous and could have easily caused brake failure — especially in winter conditions. They also explained that this setup could have forced me to come back for more work or seriously risked my safety. What's upsetting is that this shop never mentioned this serious safety issue, never warned me, and allowed me to leave thinking my car was safe. Instead, they criticized my previous mechanic and shifted blame, while missing or causing a major hazard themselves. My new mechanic corrected everything properly, replacing both brakes and rotors for under $350 and confirmed how unsafe my previous brake setup was telling me it was life threatening…. I trusted this shop with my safety, and that trust was broken. Please be cautious and always get a second opinion, especially when it comes to brake work.
