So I came in on a Friday trying to get an inspection. It was not able to due to the fact they close at 5 PM. I asked the gentleman at the front desk where the counter what time what was the schedule for the weekend? He told me to come in in between 8 AM and 5 PM I’d be able to get an inspection done around that time so I decided to go in on Saturday around 2:27 PM exactly I got there. I went in there to talk to them about getting an inspection as I entered and knocked on the window. You guys can actually look at the camera footage. I knocked on the window as I can get an inspection, they told me they stopped at twin and I was like you know kinda a little bummed about the fact I got there at a miss informed time so I was like damn you know staff member told me to come in and he’s like oh there’s nothing I can do but in the way he was talking to me. He was raising his voice and he was being hostile complaining to me about. He’s had a long going home like in other words he could’ve done the inspection, but he’s choosing not to so as I’m trying to reestablish when would be the best time to come in or book an appointment the guys just going off on me. I haven’t asked him. I’m like Siri can you please not talk to me like that I’m not raising my voice at you and being hostile continuing to raise your voice on me. You can actually look in the camera where he got in my face this is an old man and I’m trying to you know obviously he’s upset. I don’t know what about I really don’t care why he’s upset but it’s not my fault to my problem and I shouldn’t be dealing with it. My thing is what right do they have to be treating customers like that so I was threatened that they were going to call the police they asked me to leave the premises all because I’m trying to get an inspection dude that’s all I’m trying to do. I didn’t threaten anybody. I didn’t raise my voice at anybody and instead of another staff member coming to de-escalate the situation they didn’t. They just sat there and watched them observed, and as the man continued with his unprofessional behavior, sir do you want to lose your job? I asked them like cause I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to be treating me like this and you’re being very unprofessional so he started saying that since he’s asked me to leave and I haven’t left I’m trespassing which bylaw I’m not. I’m there to get services. I’ve been violated. I’ve done anything Wrong so you know took a couple pictures of the place. I would highly recommend. No one comes to this establishment anymore, this is the type of people that have employed in their staff that you come in to get an inspection and instead they’re yelling, and you know responding in an angry fashion to you. I did nothing wrong. All I tried to do is try to get an inspection and find out when it would be the best time but I was you know bummer I came in 27 minutes late, but I was told to come in between 8 AM to 5 PM. Definitely lack customer service skills have no courtesy and consideration. Very disrespectful. Very offensive was getting in my face, very threatening behavior, I used to like going to this place, but you know overall like the staff the staff are usually friendly, but like I said you see that picture of those two gentlemen those are the two gentlemen causing me an issue and then I was asking for that information so I can file a complaint with the state and instead they didn’t want to give me the information I needed so a person who’s been put in a position by the state to do inspections is giving me an issue and doesn’t want to provide me the credentials. Also another violation like what what happened to these businesses, man in professionalism and customer service skills and accountability. I was put at rest yesterday. I almost felt like I was gonna have to retaliate out of defense that a old man getting in my face, and if you review the camera footage, you’ll notice where I backed up away from him and he walks back into my face like dude no one scared of you old man.

Well, it's a gas station, but besides that they seem to consistently have the lowest gas prices. Actually there is one about 5 minutes up the same road that's two cents less, but the extra distance isn't worth the potential 50 cents savings, besides, this Global station is 30 seconds from RT-495. This is a self serve station.

I like how the hose extend to any other side. Don't matter if the gas cap is on the wrong side you can still pump

gas is cheapest here usually but the card machine inside is broken, it has been for months. i was once double charged for gas here and lost that money ultimately. employees generally are nice enough if someone is at the register

This gas station needs to be shut down. I was verbally harassed by the owner and refused service. He accused me of going down the one way in the gas station parking lot however that is incorrect and I had my car next to the pump ready to pump my tank and I'm getting screamed at for the way i am parked and I can easily turn around and still go down the one way where I was parked and I was screamed at and refused service. I'm not even from here. No human being should treat people like this. It's sickening. Responding to owner: then maybe you should put a locals only sign on the front of the store. 😂 so you don't scare away people who aren't from the area. I came in the correct way. My car was facing the one way but i can easily turn around and go the correct way after getting gas. how are people supposed to get gas then?
