Was sold a faulty tire… the tire had a slow leak and it fully went flat after 2 weeks, when I brought it back they acted like it was my fault. Very disappointed

Unprofessional and unpunctual . My son dropped off his wheels on Monday to get it repaired and they said it’ll take 2 days. At first, we’re like that’s a quick turn around time . Wednesday comes around, no phone call so we called and they said they need a couple more days. Friday , we called and the said come after 3pm. We get there at 4pm and still not ready, as of matter of fact they never even started working on it the wheels for still sitting there where we left it on Monday with tires still on. So we had to wait a couple more days to pick it up. On day of pickup, we also bought special lug nuts so that I’ll fit inside the wheels. Once we got home and tried it one of the lugs wasn’t the correct one so another trip back to this place. Mind you they’re at least a 30 min drive for us 1 way and we been back and forth at least 3x already. And when we were there my son was waiting around for 20 mins before anyone asked if he needed help and thats only cuz I went in and got loud. Fast forward to today, he noticed the wheels didn’t have any air in them , no biggie so he put air in them. Once he got to the last wheel , it wouldnt hold cuz the tire wasn’t properly mounted and leaking air like a sieve through the side. I will never go back there or recommend anyone else to go there. I don’t know how they got good ratings cuz their service and level of professionalism is very poor.
