I do not recommend it. I read the reviews and saw how highly people spoke of this place, but when I went there, the reality was quite different—mainly due to the customer service provided by an older gentleman. The receptionist was very polite, but the gentleman was extremely disrespectful toward the customers; if you don't know how to treat people with kindness, you shouldn't be working in a job like this. I'm sorry to say this, but think twice before deciding to visit this place.

I showed up at this place because a friend recommended it. I came in on a Friday afternoon, explained what I needed, they said, "come in Wednesday at 8:00am." They wrote the appointment on the board and I left. I showed up at 7:50 am and waited until 10:00 am for my SCHEDULED appointment. I told them on Friday, I needed an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced as my car gets a shimmy in the steering wheel at 50 & gets worse at 60. FIRST thing out of Katie's mouth, "you probably need new tires." I said, "NO, I don't need new tires, I need them to be rotated and balanced." Katie didn't like that as her job is to UP SELL tires to new customers. Anyhoo, after waiting for TWO HOURS for a SCHEDULED appointment, they finally took my car in. Turns out, WALK-INS go ahead of a scheduled appointment. Who knew ... so, they had my car OUT in 20 minutes. Billy acted as though he was a hero and claims he did work on my car for FREE and to tell my friend how he "helped" me. So, of course I believed Billy when he said that UNTIL, I got on the highway to make sure the shimmy was gone. And don't you know, it wasn't. NOT because I need new tires as Katie TRIED to sell me, but, because they LIED and NEVER rotated and balanced the tires. They charged me $25 for a cheap synthetic blend 3,000 mile oil change instead of the more expensive 5,000 mile full synthetic oil change I requested on my twenty yr old car. Then, he charged me $25 for labor and $25 for a tire rotation they NEVER did. See, Billy and his crew thought I was stupid and would come back and they would then sell me four new tires. Little did Billy and his crew know, my back driver's tire had a PLUG put in it back in Nov 2024. Then, in January 2025, when I had my inspection sticker done, the brakes were replaced and the tires were rotated. The rear driver's tire with the plug was placed on the front driver's side. After I left & hopped on 93 for a test ride, the shimmy was STILL there. I got off the highway, pulled into a parking lot, got out and went right to the right passenger tire and look, and there it is, the tire with the plug in it. So, Katie, I DON'T and STILL DON'T need new tires, I just needed an HONEST garage to ROTATE AND BALANCE my tires as I originally requested. And Billy, you didn't do any FREE work on my car, you charged me $25 in labor but disguised it on the bill as a tire rotation. I paid $75+taxes for a cheap oil change and fraud tire rotation. In a BILLION YEARS I would NEVER come here again and I would NEVER tell anyone to come here. I highly doubt I'm the first and only white woman to be scammed and lied to at this business, and I'm sure I won't be the last one. What I do know is, is this, IT WILL NEVER BE ME YOU SCAM AGAIN! I'll go to Meinikee from now on. Thanks for scamming me. I'm not the dumb white woman you thought I was.

Been going here on and off for the last few years, everyone’s always pleasant and helpful. They are efficient on timing and when I had an issue with my new tire they offered a solution and fixed it immediately with no hassle.

Honesty reliability expertise with fair pricing on top of that you get that with Billy and his team I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Visiting from Philly and had an issue with a tire that was losing air today (white GL 550). Took it to two tire shops … that I’d just say were very subpar on every level (it’s the holidays, so I’ll be nice). My 3rd Google attempt took me to Broadway Tire Pros (BTP) and boy did I strike gold! The service, insight, professionalism and integrity were GRADE A. While the other shops charged me for basically nothing (they told me nothing was wrong with the tire) … BTP took the time to properly inspect and detect the issue … and didn’t even charge me for it!! I had to practically beg the receptionist to let me buy them lunch to show my appreciation. Places like this make this Philly guy feel like family out here. My only complaint would be that I couldn’t convert anyone to switch to becoming a Phillies fan lol
