I'm warning people not to trust Magno. My name is Juan, and I've known Magno for many years. I always paid for his work in advance. The last time, I paid him over $2,400 via Zelle, except for $115 that I had already paid for another vehicle. He brought it in for a different car twice, and three years passed. I had been with him for over $2,400 for two years. I made the mistake of telling him that I had closed my bank account, and they had no record of it. Magno took advantage of this and only returned 50%, keeping the rest of my money. I left the car with a friend of his who paid me for it as scrap metal, and he didn't want to give me that money back either. He even cursed me for not letting him keep the money he'd paid for the scrap car for another three years. Estou alertando as pessoas para não confiarem no Magno. How can I adequately describe how well the team at Magno treated me when I limped into their shop today coming off the highway trying to get to New London when my rear wheel started making all sorts of nasty sounds. Magno is the only Mechanic I will ever use. I have lived in the area for 30 years and had used many local shops before finding Magno and his team. The most honest and reasonably priced repair shop you will ever find. I have used them for over 18 years for all my cars (Honda, Jeep, Acura, BMW, Audi, Toyota) my sons cars and even my family's cars who don't even live close by. He is so trusted by the local business contractors who rely heavily on their trucks and cars and I have seen personally the kindness he has towards all his customers.
