I’ve been taking our minivan to Pat and the team at Ashland for years now, and they are always extremely honest, knowledgeable, and professional. They are happy to talk through problems and advise on what is needed now and what can wait. Repairs are always quick and thorough and don’t need follow up. Will be taking vehicles here for many years to come!

I had an unexpected car issue and stopped in at Ashland Service Center on a Monday morning without an appointment. I know they had a full schedule, but they were kind enough to work me in and were able to take care of the issue the same day. They also provided a loaner car so I could still get through my day while my car was being serviced. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was. Great service and a team that clearly cares about their customers. I’m very grateful they were able to help me out.

Stopped in on Monday for an alignment, was in and out in less than an hour. Bobby was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me very thoroughly what was done to my car, a real pleasure to speak with. The waiting area/office is a cool space too. Will definitely come back again!

Highly recommend. As a woman, I’m used to being condescended to and manipulated in car-related situations. The team here have done nothing but take excellent care of me. They are personable, will shoot you straight, and care about retaining your business and doing a great job.
