1st time I used him was for an oil change & went fine. When I need more work done, I felt like I got the $400 bait n switch from our conversation on the phone till when I dropped my car off. Called 10 other shops & not one was going to charge $400 for diagnostic(issue has already been identified) & then charge to fix the problem. Did not enjoy the communication and won’t be using their services again. Thanks for your response and I understand the customer doesnt always know what they need but that was not the case here. Im sure you’ll be happy to know it is fixed & running perfectly without the diagnosis and it was the problem I reached out about initially.

Iv been going to Sean's auto for years and got my parents to go to.they have awesome service awesome prices you can trust the staff 150% they definitely get a 5 star review from me and they definitely deserve it. They also helped me get an awesome used car made sure it was in tip top shape before they sold it to me and I couldn't be happier with it. If you need a mechanic Sean's auto is definitely your place once you try them you won't need anyone else I promise!!!

I’ve been going to Sean for about 10 years now, and he has consistently been one of the most honest, helpful, and fairly priced mechanics my family and I have worked with. He has helped me with major repairs like my exhaust system, brakes, and a gas leak, and has always been reliable and straightforward. He also takes the time to recommend good body shops whenever needed, which I really appreciate. In my opinion, he is one of the best mechanics in Massachusetts. Highly recommend.

Sean is very knowledgeable and very honest. I was having a car issue where my car failed to start and the starter and all other issues that could relate to it were already fixed. My Kia dealership made me doesn’t $100s in unnecessary repairs that did not fix the issue. To the point where when I went to pick up my car because I was it was “ fixed” went to pick up my car and it still failed to start and still had to pay money for a fix that did not fix the issue. My boyfriend and I called Sean and he was honest. He said don’t let them touch anything more and have it towed to him. Sean took his time and found the issue that failing my car to start. He charged me a fair price and was very honest. I will continue to go to him with all my car issues!. If I could give him a 10 star rate I would! Thank you Sean and his staff you guys are wonderful!

I don't even live in Haverhill anymore but travel to Haverhill if my cars need anything because Sean's is the only place I trust. They are very honest people, very skilled in what they do and their prices are affordable.
