If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a car from this seller and within a month of ownership, a significant mechanical issue appeared. Based on the nature and severity of the problem, it appears to be the result of long-term, likely years of underlying damage that could not have reasonably occurred within the short time I owned the vehicle. When I raised the issue with the seller, he did not insist it happened during our time, but more so said he couldn’t explain how a damage like that would happen in a short amount of time, which led me to believe he already knew about the issue. Other mechanics that checked out my car couldn’t tell me the issue, but he was able to immediately distinguish it, which further made me believe he knew about the issue when selling the car. We tried to speak with him cordially to come up with a solution, but the conversations were not productive and no reasonable resolution was offered. Ultimately, responsibility was denied, and I was told that if I chose to have another mechanic handle the repair, there would be no accountability on his end. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from him to have any vehicle independently inspected and fully documented before buying.
