I have always had positive experiences with your dealership and found the staff pleasant and courteous. However, after my recent 20,000-mile service, my husband noticed that a marked tire remained in the same position, indicating the tire rotation included in the service may not have been performed. I brought this to the attention of the service desk, and a photo was taken with the expectation that management would review the matter. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, explanation, or apology. While the service was covered under a promotion, I am concerned that I could have been charged for work that was not completed. The lack of follow-up has left me questioning whether I can trust future service recommendations and maintenance performed on my vehicle.

This is my second time using Jaffarian Auto Body and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. McKenzie was extremely helpful from start to finish, kept everything easy to understand, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The work came out great, the communication was solid, and I really felt taken care of the entire time. It’s rare to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but Jaffarian has earned that trust from me twice now. I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

Usually I bring it in and wait, but I dropped it off early this time. Maintenance was done ahead of schedule. They even throw in a free car wash which I think is a nice finishing touch. I always trust that the work being done on my car will be done right. Thank you guys!
